The Bb admins have created a form for faculty to submit their request for the transfer of the Content Collection from the 7.0 (old) to the 7.3 Blackboard servers. That request can be made using the Bb Copy Request Form. Unfortunately I have not been able to get the link to work as of the evening of November 19, 2007. Hopefully this will be corrected in the near future. Thanks!
